Warwickshire Police Fleet Vehicle Conversion Services 2026/2027

This is an awarded contract, not a call for competition. The Police & Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire has awarded a contract for conversion services to up to 14 Warwickshire Police fleet vehicles during 2026/2027. The contract was awarded following a below-threshold closed invitation procurement process. The initial contract period is 12 months with an optional 12-month extension, contingent on vehicle deliveries and warranty periods. The contract value is estimated based on conversion services for an initial number of vehicles. Pricing for remaining vehicles will be confirmed once the base vehicle specifications are finalized and agreed with the supplier.
