Early Learning and Childcare Flexible Framework - New Provider Applications

North Ayrshire Council invites early learning and childcare providers to join its Flexible Framework Agreement, which is open to new applicants throughout the contract period until 31st July 2025. Eligible providers must meet the National Standards and relevant legislation requirements outlined in the framework documentation. All providers who meet the minimum conditions and accept the framework rates and terms will be accepted to deliver funded provision. Applications should be submitted to procurement@north-ayrshire.gov.uk and will be evaluated within 4-6 weeks. Successfully appointed providers can deliver funded placements from their appointment date onwards. Please note that appointment to the framework does not guarantee business volume. The agreement is governed by the Early Learning and Childcare Model Terms and Conditions. This is a continuous opportunity and providers may apply at any time.
