    Brief

MOPAC is commissioning services to provide mental health and neurodiversity support to priority offenders under Probation Service supervision. The service provider(s) will conduct assessments, deliver therapeutic interventions to address criminogenic needs, perform neurodiversity screening, and support individuals in managing neurodiversity-related requirements throughout their probation order or licence. The service will also partner with probation practitioners to build their knowledge and capability in mental health and neurodiversity within the criminal justice context. MOPAC is considering structuring this as two separate lots—one for mental health support and one for neurodiversity support—operating concurrently over the same contract period. Initial contract term: 2 years at £2,116,000 (£1,058,000 annually), with two optional 1-year extensions at £1,058,000 each, totalling up to £4,232,000 over 4 years.
