Construction Work for Wastewater Treatment Plant

This contract involves the design and execution of construction and installation work to change the wastewater flow in biological chambers 9 to 12 from a parallel to a serial system. The project aims to modify the internal circulation of wastewater while maximizing the use of the existing system. The changes should allow for a relatively easy return to the current system if the new technology does not yield satisfactory results. Detailed specifications are provided in the Functional and Utility Program attached to the contract notice. The contractor or subcontractor must employ workers under a labor contract for all physical work related to this project, as specified in the Polish Labor Code. The contracting authority will follow specific regulations and procedures as needed. Electronic catalog submissions and variant offers are not allowed, and no framework agreement will be established. A site visit is not required during the bidding process, and electronic auctions will not be used to select the best offer. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure if necessary.
