Livv Housing Group is establishing a framework of suppliers to provide furniture, flooring, and white goods to vulnerable customers facing furniture poverty, domestic abuse, hoarding-related property damage, and serious disrepair. The opportunity is structured across three separate lots: Lot 1 covers furniture and furnishings including beds, mattresses, sofas, dining and bedroom furniture, plus bedding and soft furnishings; Lot 2 covers flooring supply and installation including carpets, floor coverings, and occasional window coverings; Lot 3 covers white goods supply and delivery including cookers, washing machines, fridge freezers, and small domestic appliances. Suppliers can bid for one or more lots depending on their capabilities. This framework supports Livv's mission to help vulnerable households access essential household items and improve living conditions.
