Senior Capital Project Manager – Healthcare Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced Senior Capital Project Manager to lead and support capital project delivery through the end of the current financial year and continue supporting our capital project programme through Financial Years 2024, 2025, and 2026. This role will oversee multiple healthcare infrastructure refurbishment projects including: Integrated Building Systems (IBS), MRI Scanner Installation, Diagnostic Radiology Rooms, Gamma Camera Equipment, Stroke Unit Facilities, and Mortuary Infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, resource management, budget oversight, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of complex healthcare facility upgrades. This is a key position for a healthcare organization modernizing its medical infrastructure and improving patient care facilities.
