Willowbed Hall Extension and Refurbishment Project

Chickerell Town Council is seeking suppliers for the extension and refurbishment of Willowbed Hall, which currently serves as a Local Community Hall and Town Council Office. The project involves reconfiguring the internal layout of the existing offices to create a registrar room and a meeting room. Additionally, a single-storey extension will be constructed on the west side of the building to provide new office space, storage areas, and a smaller commercial kitchen. The project will also include the installation of ramped access to all main entrances, new landscaping, and the relocation of vehicular access and a cycle store. The estimated budget for this construction project is £705,000. Suppliers interested in bidding must submit their completed Invitation to Tender, Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, and Priced Schedule of Works to Western Design Architects at m.witt@westerndesign.co.uk by 10 am on Friday, 17th October 2025.
