Telehealth Adoption Framework for NHS Wales - Market Engagement

NHS Wales Performance and Improvement is seeking supplier feedback to develop a Telehealth Adoption Framework for NHS Wales. Telehealth is defined as the use of digital technologies to support prevention, self-management, remote monitoring, virtual care, proactive intervention and home-based models of care. This market engagement exercise aims to: - Understand current and emerging market capabilities and implementation experience - Identify future innovation opportunities - Assess supplier readiness against NHS and public sector standards, guidance and assurance arrangements - Inform future implementation guidance and procurement considerations Suppliers can participate by submitting written information and attending structured engagement sessions scheduled for 1, 7, and 10 September 2026. Initially, 15 one-hour sessions are available on a first-come, first-served basis, though NHS Wales may extend availability based on market interest. This is a preliminary consultation exercise, not a formal procurement process or call for competition. It does not commit NHS Wales to any future procurement activity.
