This system will support multiple authorities in managing employability services, case management, and employer relationships. The solution must be capable of handling complex multi-authority operations, tracking client progress, managing caseloads, and facilitating employer engagement. Suppliers should be prepared to provide implementation support, ongoing technical maintenance, user support, and system enhancements based on evolving business needs.
