Electronic Patient Record System for Umbrella Sexual Health Service

University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB) is seeking an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system for the Umbrella Sexual Health Service, which operates across Birmingham and Solihull. Umbrella is a comprehensive sexual health service with approximately 190 staff members, serving over 102,000 patient contacts annually across multiple clinic locations including the main Whittall Street Clinic hub, satellite units, and online services. The new EPR system must support the service's key performance objectives: increasing chlamydia diagnoses in young people (15-24 years), reducing teenage conceptions, increasing prescribing of long-acting reversible contraception (LARC), reducing new STI diagnoses, and reducing late HIV diagnoses. This is a Pre-Market Engagement Notice to identify potential suppliers capable of implementing a modern, integrated EPR system that can handle the service's complex operations across multiple sites and service delivery models.
