Planned Property Maintenance and Upgrade Works - 2026/27

Albyn is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to deliver planned maintenance and upgrade works across its property portfolio during 2026/27. The programme is divided into 5 specialist work packages: Lot 1 covers external doors and windows in North and Easter Ross; Lot 2 addresses doors and windows in Inverness and surrounding areas; Lot 3 focuses on doors and windows in listed properties requiring specialist approaches; Lot 4 involves kitchen installations and upgrades; and Lot 5 covers heating system replacements using Dimplex Quantum technology. Suppliers can bid for one or multiple lots based on their capabilities. Detailed specifications and property information for each lot are available in the respective specification documents. Contractors should demonstrate relevant experience in similar projects and appropriate qualifications for their chosen work streams.
