Financial Recovery Partner Appointment

Airedale NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Financial Recovery Delivery Partner for a one-time contract lasting six weeks. The selected consultancy will provide expert assistance to expedite financial recovery planning and implementation. This involves working closely with internal teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve financial controls, and offer actionable recommendations. PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) will assign experienced professionals with relevant sector knowledge to ensure quick results and measurable outcomes during the contract period. At the conclusion of the six weeks, the Supplier is expected to deliver: • A validated, data-driven list of Waste Reduction Program (WRP) schemes. • Key documents, such as a Project Initiation Document, for prioritized schemes (the 'Top 10' high-value, high-risk projects) using a standardized template reviewed by the Supplier. • A structured grip-and-control forum and suitable management reporting to maintain weekly oversight. • A clear set of recommendations for any additional opportunities or follow-up support.
