The selected bidders will collaborate with LLA to create and implement strategies that promote sustainable transport options to the airport. This includes improving access through public transport, active travel, and low-emission transport methods. The contract will be established as a zero-value framework agreement, with services provided through individual Call-Off Contracts. Each Call-Off Contract will outline specific tasks, deliverables, and costs. Contracts may be awarded directly or through a competitive process.
