    Brief

Wolverhampton City Council is seeking a supplier to install and maintain indoor energy usage sensors in approximately 50 homes within the Graiseley Net Zero Neighbourhood area. The project aims to accurately record, analyze, and present energy consumption data over an initial 12-month period, including data collection before, during, and after the installation of retrofit measures. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with residents and the project team to monitor domestic energy usage across the neighborhood. - Installing up to 50 energy sensors in homes without smart meters and accessing smart meter data where available. - Supporting community engagement by providing information to residents about the sensors. - Recording and securely storing energy usage data from gas and electricity for at least 12 months, with access for project partners. - Providing a user-friendly dashboard or app for residents to view their energy data, along with necessary training and support. - Maintaining the data collection equipment and replacing any faulty sensors throughout the project. - Ensuring minimal disruption to residents during installation and decommissioning the equipment at the project's end.
