Birth Relative Counselling Services Award

Central Bedfordshire Council is seeking suppliers to provide birth relative counselling services for individuals affected by adoption, in accordance with statutory guidance. This service will cater to birth relatives from both Central Bedfordshire and Milton Keynes councils, as Adoption Connects operates as a regional adoption agency for these areas. Suppliers will receive support and information throughout the quotation process, and all questions and answers will be shared with all bidders to ensure fairness. Suppliers can ask questions through the In-tend electronic tendering system until January 27, 2026. Quotations must be submitted electronically via the In-tend system by January 30, 2026, at 5 PM. Late submissions will not be accepted.
