    Brief

    The Metropolitan Police Service (MPS), via BlueLight Commercial, is seeking to procure Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) software to conduct automated open-source checks across social media and online platforms. The solution must enable comprehensive and automated searching for adverse activity across any retained timeframe, using identifying application information provided by users. The requirement is divided into three implementation phases: Phase 1.1 (MPS Professionalism), Phase 1.2 (Counter Terrorism Policing Headquarters), Phase 2 (MPS Firearms Licensing), and Phase 3 (MPS Intelligence). Implementation of phases and associated volumes will be confirmed during the contract period, with Phases 2 and 3 not guaranteed. This call-off contract is issued under the OSINT Software for Social Media Screening Framework (Reference: BLC0288). The initial contract term is 3 years with two optional 12-month extensions available.
