St Nicholas GAA Community Sports Hall Construction

This project involves the construction of a new community sports and recreational hall at St Nicholas GAA Club. The facility will measure approximately 20 metres by 60 metres and include the following key components: site preparation and substructure works; a steel portal frame structure with metal purlins; insulated Kingspan Topdek roofing panels; external block wall construction with wall completions; internal wall finishes; 250mm hollow core floor slabs with 100mm structural screed; a high-quality floating timber gymnasium floor suitable for multiple sports and recreational activities; complete electrical and plumbing services; windows and doors; and external hard landscaping. The building will provide a durable, functional indoor sports facility for club members and the wider community. Suppliers should be prepared to support structural steelwork, roofing systems, flooring installations, mechanical and electrical services, and finishing works.
