    Brief

    Hull City Council is seeking suppliers for an open framework to provide Home to School and Other Transport Services through a taxi and small bus service. This is a single-stage open tender procedure with an anticipated contract duration from 4 November 2026 to 3 November 2034. The framework is valued at approximately £4,000,000 to £7,000,000 per annum and will include eight vehicle categories: standard taxis (up to 8 seats), minibuses (9+ seats), small coaches (16+ seats), coaches (21+ seats), adapted taxis, adapted minibuses, adapted large vehicles, and medical transport vehicles. Suppliers can apply for one or more categories. All tender documents must be completed fully; incomplete submissions will be rejected. Further details are provided in the Tender Information (ITT Part 1) documentation, which complies with the Procurement Act 2023.
