This contract involves providing waste collection and management services for residential properties in the City and Municipality of Chmielnik from January 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026. The services include: 1. Collecting and managing various types of municipal waste from residential properties, including: a) Paper waste, including packaging; b) Glass waste, including packaging; c) Metal and plastic waste, including packaging; d) Biodegradable waste, especially organic waste; e) Mixed municipal waste, including hygiene waste and other waste after sorting. 2. Organizing and managing the collection of bulky waste and used electrical and electronic equipment from households. 3. Developing and distributing a waste collection schedule, considering the frequency and timing of collections. 4. Providing single-family homeowners with bags for collecting municipal waste. 5. Equipping two existing waste collection points in multi-family housing with containers for selective waste collection, including mixed waste, paper, glass, metal, and biodegradable waste. The containers must meet the requirements set by local regulations. 6. Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the collection points, preventing overflow and mixing of waste types. 7. Supervising the disposal of waste by residents using the collection points. 8. Collecting and managing municipal waste from two selective collection points in Chmielnik. 9. Keeping records of municipal waste and preparing monthly reports based on this data.
