The procurement involves the maintenance of public lighting installations in the Municipality of Podgora. This includes ongoing maintenance and seasonal illumination, in accordance with the municipal service decision and the cost estimate included in the procurement documentation. A framework agreement will be established with one economic entity for a period of four years, during which four annual contracts for public lighting maintenance will be signed. The work will be carried out as needed, based on written orders from the Unified Administrative Department. Seasonal illumination (Christmas and New Year decorations) must be completed between November 1 and December 1 of the current year, with dismantling to occur within 30 days of the client's order. The contractor must respond to regular or urgent interventions as requested by the client or reported by emergency services (police, fire department, etc.). In case of urgent service needs, the contractor is required to start the intervention within the timeframe they offer, regardless of weather conditions or time of day, and resolve issues as quickly as possible. Interventions must be conducted every day, including holidays, as per the client's instructions. Urgent interventions will be executed based on orders or reports from the client or emergency services.
