The contractor or subcontractor must employ individuals performing the specified tasks under an employment contract, as outlined in the draft contract provisions in Chapter II of the Terms of Reference. The contract period is from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The contractor's offer is valid until January 25, 2026.
