    Brief

This contract involves the delivery of 6 command and communication vehicles (company command post). The order is divided into 2 tasks: 1. Task A – delivery of 3 command and communication vehicles for the Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Warsaw, Krakow, and Poznan. 2. Task B – delivery of 3 command and communication vehicles for the Provincial Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Rzeszow, Wroclaw, and Opole. The vehicles must be brand new, with a minimum speed of 100 km/h. They should have an automatic or automated manual transmission. The engine must be capable of continuous operation for at least 4 hours under normal working conditions without refueling or coolant replenishment. During this time, the engine and drivetrain temperature must not exceed the manufacturer's specified values. The fuel tank capacity should allow for a minimum travel distance of 300 km. The vehicles must have protection against excessive battery discharge and an automatic power cut-off switch for the chassis that activates when the key is removed from the ignition. Color specifications: - body - RAL 3000, - fenders and bumpers - white, - chassis - black or dark gray. The body must be made entirely of composite materials (polyester-glass laminate), as a self-supporting structure with unlimited corrosion resistance. The entire outer surface, except for glass surfaces, should be permanently protected against heat penetration and low temperatures. The installation of the body on a steel intermediate frame or other corrosion-resistant materials is allowed. Local reinforcements made of stainless steel, either glued or permanently mounted to the polyester-glass laminate, are permitted in areas where equipment (e.g., seats, table legs, heavy equipment) is mounted or where the body connects to the intermediate frame. The vehicle must be equipped with carbon monoxide sensors located in compartments K, O, S, and T, as well as a temperature and smoke sensor in the technical compartment T. The quantity and placement of sensors must be agreed upon with the contracting authority. A detailed description of the contract subject is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
