Electricity Supply Contract for PKP Intercity

This contract involves the supply of electricity confirmed by guarantees of origin from renewable energy sources (RES) for the final consumer, PKP Intercity S.A. The supply must comply with applicable laws, particularly the Energy Law and the Renewable Energy Sources Act, along with relevant regulations and the terms outlined in the concessions and the draft contract provisions attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ. The electricity supply is defined as the direct sale of electricity by the contractor to the buyer, including the transfer of ownership at the delivery points listed in Annex 12 to the SWZ, with quantities specified by the metering systems and the provision of balancing services. The estimated total energy consumption over the contract period is 39,536 MWh +/- 10% (maximum 43,490 MWh), broken down as follows: a) 2,544 MWh +/- 10% (maximum 2,798 MWh) for 2025; b) 17,615 MWh +/- 10% (maximum 19,377 MWh) for 2026; c) 19,377 MWh +/- 10% (maximum 21,315 MWh) for 2027.
