The contract involves maintaining cleanliness and order on the streets (including gutters), sidewalks, parking bays, and parking lots within the city of Ostróda. The work is divided into two parts: 1) Northern part of Ostróda; 2) Southern part of Ostróda. Detailed information about the areas covered by the contract can be found in the attached documents. Additionally, there is an option for the contractor to maintain cleanliness on county road areas within Ostróda, depending on the needs and agreements made with the city. This option is a unilateral right of the contracting authority and does not create any claims for the contractor if not exercised. If the option is utilized, the contractor must provide an additional street sweeper.
