Grounds Maintenance Contract for TEC Partnership

The TEC Partnership is seeking qualified companies to submit tenders for a grounds maintenance contract for their South Bank locations. This includes the Nuns Corner Campus (which encompasses Little Stars Nursery and the new Animal Care Unit), Nunsthorpe Campus until the new facility at Nuns Corner is operational, The Academy Grimsby, 112/114/116 Bargate, and the Halls of Residence, as well as the current Skegness TEC campus, transitioning to the new Skegness campus upon its completion. While there are additional sites on the South Bank, they do not require this type of grounds maintenance. Please note that during the tender process, site locations may change, and additional sites may be included, but they will remain within the specified areas. The deadline for submissions is April 28, 2025, and the contract value is approximately £84,278.95.
