Food Supply Contract in Romania

This contract involves the supply of food products through a framework agreement with a maximum of three economic operators. The framework agreement will cease to be effective after six months or once the maximum quantities are purchased from the top-ranked suppliers for each lot. If the winning supplier is unable to fulfill the contract as outlined in Article 15.2 of the framework agreement, contracts may also be signed with the second and third-ranked suppliers for each lot. The authority will sign multiple subsequent contracts based on its needs and available funding.
