The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately, and services will be compensated at unit prices. This consultation aims to provide social and professional reintegration for residents of the Doubs department who are long-term unemployed or face challenges in accessing or maintaining employment. The selected provider will be responsible for replacing absent departmental agents who perform cleaning tasks in facilities, as well as maintenance agents in colleges, including services related to school catering, requiring a suitable profile (experience in school environments and knowledge of basic collective catering rules). These services will support and assist eligible individuals in the Economic Activity Insertion (IAE) program, with a priority on the following groups: - recipients of Active Solidarity Income - young people aged 18 to 25 in significant difficulty, primarily from sensitive neighborhoods in major cities of the department. These individuals will be employed under a Usage Contract by an employer approved by the State for placements.
