IT Services for Criminal Information System Development

This contract involves the development and automation of the Automated Information System "Criminal and Criminological Information Register". The project is divided into two phases. In Phase 1, essential functionalities were developed, including database architecture, data entry and storage capabilities, data migration from existing classifications, personal data verification mechanisms, and administration modules for managing classifications and users. The new system will fully replace the old system, allowing for comprehensive data management. Phase 2 will build on the functionalities developed in Phase 1 and will include additional tasks such as interstate search capabilities, tracking disadvantaged individuals, and ensuring interoperability with external systems. The goal is to complete the development of the new RICC system, ensuring stable and efficient operation while maintaining access to historical data from the old system. This tender aims to implement Phase 2 of the RICC New development, which includes complex activities such as module development, configuration, testing, and technical verifications to ensure the system's reliability and effectiveness.
