The contracting of this procurement includes the continuation of the specified care for client and printing infrastructure, which is confirmed to include efficient planning of the quantities of client and printing equipment while avoiding financially intensive one-time investments in capital costs for purchasing equipment with relatively short depreciation periods, efficient planning and delivery of consumables, efficient ordering and shorter delivery times for client and printing infrastructure and consumables, continuous monitoring of quality and up-to-date records of workstations and associated ICT client and printing equipment, and effective IT user support in accordance with best global practices. By executing these services, users of computer and printing equipment are ensured a level of service that is reliable and meets business needs. The service also includes economical utilization of resources that the buyer already has at their disposal, thus the procurement includes maintenance and upgrade services for IT equipment that the buyer already owns.
