The contract involves supplying a roof structure for a training area within the sports facilities of Panionios G.S.S., located on land owned by the Municipality of Nea Smyrni. The general dimensions of the covered area will be 16.00m x 35.73m with a peak height of 9.54m. It will include a sports area of approximately 570m2 with suitable flooring, changing rooms, storage, and restrooms in a separate prefabricated unit within the structure. The facility will be equipped for basketball, volleyball, and handball, with appropriate lighting and thermal insulation. The roofing will be constructed with an arched steel frame on a reinforced concrete foundation. The estimated value of the contract is €299,000.00 plus 24% VAT (€71,760.00), totaling €370,760.00. The contract duration is set for three (3) months from the date of publication in the KIMDIS. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous offer, considering price.
