School Building Rehabilitation Project in France

The project involves the rehabilitation of the Honore Carbonel school complex. Key tasks include ensuring accessibility for people with reduced mobility, compliance with fire safety regulations, soundproofing, thermal insulation, renovation of the roof structure, electrical upgrades, installation of access control and intrusion alarms, heating and ventilation improvements, and renovation of sanitary facilities and outdoor spaces. The work is divided into 14 lots, including site development, asbestos and lead removal, demolition, structural work, waterproofing, roofing, facade work, aluminum exterior carpentry, locksmithing, finishing work, electrical installations, HVAC and plumbing, elevators, and modular construction.
