Framework Agreement for Technical Assistance in Architectural Services

This Framework Agreement aims to provide technical documentation services for projects at various stages, including preliminary studies and preparatory processes, project drafting, execution management, and assistance in project management. The services include: conducting preliminary studies and preparatory processes; drafting basic and execution projects; managing construction works and providing technical assistance; preparing safety and health studies; developing quality control programs; conducting construction waste management studies; and any other technical documentation required for project processing. Additionally, it covers the demolition project of elements affected by the projects, preparing reports and opinions in case of incidents regarding existing buildings, and creating necessary documentation for the preliminary analysis of the project from various perspectives: technical, economic, feasibility, and public participation.
