Spain – Sports Services – Management Contract for the Municipal Swimming Pool Complex of Sant Feliu de Llobregat

This contract involves providing management services for the Municipal Sports Complex of Sant Feliu de Llobregat, which includes facilities for leisure activities and encompasses sports, educational, recreational, and health-related uses. According to Article 312.f) of the LCSP, services that provide direct benefits to the public must be carried out in separate facilities from those of the contracting administration. Since this service can only be provided at the Municipal Swimming Pool Complex, which is publicly owned, the contract will be executed in this location as there are no other facilities with similar characteristics. The contract is divided into two distinct lots, covering the full range of services for managing the Complex: - Lot 1. General Services, which includes economic and administrative management, maintenance, concierge services, monitoring and lifeguarding, as well as programming, teaching, control, and coordination of physical-sporting activities and other complementary services that may be proposed and validated by the Technical Monitoring Committee. - Lot 2. Cleaning Services, which includes cleaning and disinfecting the Municipal Swimming Pool Complex facilities, including adjacent outdoor areas, emptying outdoor trash bins, supplying consumable products and materials, as well as selective waste collection (does not include cleaning the swimming pool basins, wet areas, and machinery room).
