Renovation of Dormitory Cabins in Norway

Sirdal Municipality is seeking a contractor for a turnkey renovation project of a dormitory building located at Monan, Tonstad. The project involves renovating a building that includes four cabins and a common area, with the possibility of renovating three additional dormitory buildings in the future. The main work will focus on HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), carpentry, and electrical systems. Since three of the dormitory buildings are occupied by students, the renovations must be completed one building at a time to minimize disruption. The selected contractor will be responsible for the entire project and will be governed by the NS 8407:2011 contract terms for turnkey projects, along with any specific changes outlined in the contract documents.
