Maintenance Services for Fire Safety Equipment in France

This contract is for the provision of preventive, corrective, and curative maintenance services for fire doors, fire curtains, dampers, and exhausts in parking facilities. The expected services are detailed in the Technical Specifications Document (CCTP). This contract is a composite framework agreement consisting of a 'standard contract' concluded at a fixed price and a 'framework agreement with purchase orders' concluded at a unit price. A site visit is mandatory; offers from candidates who do not attend this visit will be declared irregular. Following the visit, a visit certificate will be issued by METPARK. The site visit will be collective and will take place on one of the following dates: - November 17, 2025, at 9:30 AM - November 18, 2025, at 9:30 AM The meeting point is: Parking Gambetta, Rue Edmond Michelet, 33000 Bordeaux. The visited parking facilities will include: Mériadeck, Victoire, Pey Berland, Saint Jean, and Gambetta. Candidates are invited to contact METPARK in advance through the AWS platform via the correspondence tab at the following address: https://www.marches-publics.info/. To ensure internal organization and equal treatment of candidates, no other visit dates will be offered. Candidates must register no later than the last working day (Monday to Friday) before the visit day. If a candidate is more than 30 minutes late for the scheduled start time of the visit, they will not be allowed to participate and will be invited to reschedule for a later date if proposed in the consultation regulations. No free parking will be granted to candidates using the Metpark parking facilities during the visit hours. The framework agreement includes an advance payment defined in the CCAP. The payment period for advances and invoices is 30 days from the receipt of the payment request on CHORUS PRO.
