Replacement of Filtration Material for Wastewater Treatment Unit in Saint Thibault des Vignes

This contract involves the replacement of the filtration material in the anaerobic and aerobic filtration cells of the T3 wastewater treatment process. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders, with services paid at unit prices. Estimated amounts are indicative and include options for similar services and renewals. Key tasks include: pumping out the old filtration material, loading and transporting inert granulate to a landfill, cleaning the filtration cells, supplying 4200 Type P filter nozzles with EPDM seals per filtration unit, dismantling and disposing of the old nozzles, installing the new nozzles according to technical specifications, conducting mechanical checks with pressurized water, logistics for transporting 210 big bags of new filtration material per cell, injecting the new material as per manufacturer recommendations, and cleaning up the site daily. The total estimated value of the contract is €1,600,000. The deadline for submissions is January 30, 2026.
