Renovation of Residential Buildings in Sochaux and Grand-Charmont

This contract involves renovation work on residential buildings in two locations: Sochaux and Grand-Charmont. In Sochaux, the project includes the demolition of garages, reconstruction of balconies, replacement of exterior windows, creation of external access to basements, refurbishment of independent housing staircases, external thermal insulation, attic insulation, refurbishment of smoke extraction frames, facade repairs, interior beautification, and improvement of controlled mechanical ventilation. In Grand-Charmont, the work involves removing the roof and installing a flat roof, adding a smoke extraction skylight, burying telephone and fiber optic lines, demolishing and reconstructing new balconies, replacing exterior windows, installing external insulation, enhancing ventilation, beautifying garages, refurbishing the entrance area, and expanding green spaces.
