Architectural Services for Housing Development in BUEIL, France

This contract involves the construction of 20 to 25 residential units in the municipality of BUEIL (27). The housing units will be of types T2, T3, and T4. The project team must include at least one lead architect, an economist (unless internal expertise is available), a structural engineering consultant, a thermal and fluid engineering consultant, an acoustic consultant, and a landscape and civil engineering consultant. For project management, the candidate must provide either internal or external expertise. The lead architect will be the primary contractor for the team.
