Legal and IT Consulting Services for the Energy Regulatory Office

This contract opportunity involves providing legal and IT consulting services specifically for the Energy Regulatory Office. Suppliers are invited to review the detailed description of the services required in Annex 1 of the Terms of Reference. Additional conditions for the execution of the contract are outlined in the Draft Contract Terms, which can be found in Annex 2 of the Terms of Reference. Please note that the contracting authority does not foresee the possibility of awarding contracts as mentioned in Article 214, paragraphs 1, points 7 and 8 of the law. A site visit by the contractor is not required. A bid security is required, but no performance guarantee is necessary. The contracting authority reserves the right to first evaluate and assess the bids, followed by the qualification of the contractor as per point 9.2 of the Terms of Reference.
