Construction Works for Office Buildings in Bratislava-Ružinov

This contract involves construction work to address deficiencies in the flooring of two terraces (Terrace A and B) at the Local Office of Bratislava-Ružinov. Key tasks include: 1. Replacing two exterior staircases accessible from Mierová Street, one leading to the building entrance and the other from the parking area to Terraces A and B. 2. Renovating the exterior ramp leading to Terrace B and the ramp located on Terrace B before the building entrance. Additionally, the contract covers significant renovations of the Local Office building and the implementation of water retention measures. The building consists of five blocks (A-E) with various administrative and technical floors. Major construction tasks include: 1. Insulating the building's exterior structures (facades), 2. Insulating the roof, 3. Installing a 99 kW photovoltaic system on the roofs of blocks A and C, 4. Creating extensive green roofs on blocks B and D, 5. Replacing selected windows and doors, 6. Replacing locksmith products, 7. Sanitation of technical and technological equipment, 8. Implementing water retention measures to manage rainwater runoff, 9. Sanitation of existing paved areas and surrounding small structures (emergency staircase of block E, waste shelter behind block C). The contract also includes waste removal and disposal in accordance with relevant legal regulations. If any parameters specify a particular product or manufacturer, the contracting authority allows for equivalent products or technical solutions, provided they meet necessary utility, operational, functional, and aesthetic characteristics. The contracting authority reserves the right to change the scope of construction work during the contract execution. The scope of the contract is defined in the measurement report and project documentation.
