This procurement opportunity involves the acquisition of smart electric meters with the following specifications: a base quantity of 33,102 units plus a 30% optional quantity (9,931 units). The breakdown is as follows: For MVM Démász Áramhálózati Kft.: 1. Single-phase two-wire direct connection electric meter with LTE CAT M1 (Band 20, Band 8) or equivalent communication unit and switching device. Base quantity: 4,960 units, Optional quantity: 1,488 units. 2. Three-phase four-wire direct connection electric meter with LTE CAT M1 (Band 20, Band 8) or equivalent communication unit and switching device. Base quantity: 13,792 units, Optional quantity: 4,138 units. For MVM Émász Áramhálózati Kft.: 1. Single-phase two-wire direct connection electric meter with 4G(LTE)/2G (Band 3, Band 8, Band 20) or equivalent communication unit and switching device. Base quantity: 2,500 units, Optional quantity: 750 units. 2. Three-phase four-wire direct connection electric meter with 4G(LTE)/2G (Band 3, Band 8, Band 20) or equivalent communication unit and switching device. Base quantity: 11,850 units, Optional quantity: 3,555 units. The minimum order quantity per buyer is 750 units, and the maximum order quantity is 10,000 units. The buyer commits to the base quantity for each product. Within the specified framework quantity, MVM Démász Áramhálózati Kft. and MVM Émász Áramhálózati Kft. are entitled to initiate orders up to the defined framework quantity. The supplier's offer must include software for local (optical) and remote parameterization of the meters, which cannot incur additional costs beyond the quoted unit price. The software must be available in Hungarian, without licensing restrictions, and legally compliant by the time of the first delivery. The metrological operation of the meter must not be modifiable through parameterization. The parameterization software will be transferred to the joint buyers upon payment as per the framework agreement. The supplier is required to provide training related to the installation, commissioning, operation of the meters, and the use of the parameterization software, as detailed in the technical description. This training is included in the quoted price. The supplier must specify the manufacturer, type, and origin of the offered devices in the pricing table. Used or demo smart electric meters will not be accepted; the offered devices must be new. Damaged or broken devices are also not acceptable. More information can be found in the technical description published alongside the procurement documentation. To ensure clarity in defining the subject of the procurement, the buyer may refer to specific brands, origins, types, procedures, activities, persons, patents, or trademarks as outlined in this call for proposals and the procurement documents. Offers can only be submitted for products that meet the technical parameters specified in the technical description. The buyer will assess equivalence during the evaluation of technical content, and the supplier must provide all necessary data to prove that the offered product is equivalent to the specified product. The buyer will provide factual justification for any rejections. Equivalence is understood to mean configurations with identical or superior functional, performance, reliability, quality, and warranty parameters compared to those specified in the technical description. The buyer will verify the parameters provided by the supplier against the sample product. The supplier is required to submit product information and manufacturer descriptions in their offer. The supplier must submit a professional offer as part of their proposal (detailed requirements are included in the procurement documents and technical description). The buyer emphasizes that the complete absence of these documents cannot be rectified. Failure to submit the entire professional offer will result in the invalidation of the proposal. The buyer reminds suppliers that the following sample products must be submitted by the proposal deadline: 1. Two-wire single-phase direct connection electric meter with LTE CAT M1 (Band 20, Band 8) or equivalent communication unit and switching device. 2 units. 2. Three-phase four-wire direct connection electric meter with LTE CAT M1 (Band 20, Band 8) or equivalent communication unit and switching device. 2 units. 3. Two-wire single-phase direct connection electric meter with 4G(LTE)/2G (Band 3, Band 8, Band 20) or equivalent communication unit and switching device. 2 units.
