Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Community Support Services - Cornwall

Cornwall Council is commissioning specialist domestic abuse community support services on behalf of the Safer Cornwall Partnership. This is a significant opportunity split into three lots, with a maximum contract duration of 10 years (5-year initial term plus optional 3-year and 2-year extensions). Lot 1 focuses on helpline and advocacy services including a domestic abuse helpline, Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVAs), drop-in support, and assertive outreach. Lot 2 covers recovery and therapeutic support through trauma-informed programmes, behaviour change interventions, and peer mentoring for both adults and children affected by domestic abuse. Lot 3 delivers training and education including awareness raising, healthy relationships programmes in schools, and community-based learning. Services are designed to support victims, their families, children, and those engaging in abusive behaviours. Providers are expected to work collaboratively across all lots to ensure seamless referral pathways and integrated service delivery.
