Supply of Diagnostic Consumables for Research

This contract involves the supply of consumable materials for scientific research at the InLife Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Suppliers are required to submit one offer only, as partial offers are not allowed due to the uniform nature of the contract. The products must be delivered with accompanying safety data sheets and/or quality specifications that confirm compliance with the contract requirements. A warranty period of at least 12 months is required from the date of delivery. The contract will last for 6 months, with partial delivery timelines based on the supplier's offer, not exceeding 35 days from the order date. Suppliers must provide necessary documentation, including safety data sheets, in original or certified copies, and any foreign documents must be accompanied by Polish translations. Failure to submit complete documentation may result in a request for submission or completion as per legal requirements.
