Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Services for the City of Warsaw

The City of Warsaw is seeking suppliers to provide maintenance and repair services for its fleet of official vehicles used by the Municipal Guard. This includes comprehensive technical support, which encompasses vehicle servicing, repairs, towing, wheel and tire storage, as well as cleaning and sanitizing both the exteriors and interiors of the vehicles. The contract is divided into two tasks: Task 1 involves servicing 57 vehicles assigned to specific departments, while Task 2 involves servicing 65 vehicles assigned to other departments. Suppliers may submit bids for any number of tasks. The selected contractor must ensure that the vehicles are maintained in a condition that allows for safe and reliable operation, confirmed by regular technical inspections. Note that the procurement process follows a reversed procedure, meaning that only the highest-rated bidder will be invited to confirm their eligibility and compliance with the participation conditions before the final selection.
