Poland – Architectural, Engineering and Planning Services for the Development of a Multi-Variant and Multi-Disciplinary Concept for the Construction of a Heating Route

This contract involves the development of a multi-variant and multi-disciplinary concept for the construction of a heating route, including the necessary technical infrastructure and obtaining an environmental decision (referred to as 'DUŚ'). The execution of this contract is divided into three stages: Stage I – development of the multi-variant and multi-disciplinary concept along with the preparation of materials necessary for submitting the application and submitting the application for the issuance of the DUŚ decision on behalf of the Ordering Party, confirmed by a notification to the relevant authority about the initiation of administrative proceedings for the issuance of the DUŚ decision; Stage II – obtaining the DUŚ decision along with requesting immediate enforceability of this decision; Stage III – obtaining the final DUŚ decision and providing the final version of the concept for the variant indicated in this decision, in accordance with the scope of the concept.
