Transportation Services for Students and Youth in the Netherlands

This contract involves providing transportation services for students and youth in the specified municipalities. Versis is the name of the regional system for targeted transportation in the Rivierenland region. Various forms of transportation can be organized within Versis, catering to different target groups. The services are commissioned by municipalities or booked by travelers with municipal approval. Different transportation conditions and system characteristics may apply to each target group. For more information about the Versis transportation system, please refer to the registration guidelines and specifically to Appendix 10 'Requirements Program for Student and Youth Transportation Versis'. For Lots 1 to 4, the contract will be formalized in an agreement signed by both the client and the contractor. The start date of the agreements is August 1, 2026, with an initial duration of six (6) years, ending on July 31, 2032. After the initial term, the agreement can be extended twice for one (1) year each, subject to mutual consent and based on the quality of service provided and the current service agreement between Regio Rivierenland and the municipalities. The agreement will automatically terminate no later than July 31, 2034. For Lot 5, the contract will also be formalized in an agreement signed by both parties, starting on August 1, 2026, with a duration of three (3) years, ending on July 31, 2029, and with no extension option. Any additional assignments starting within the contract duration must be fully completed, even if their end date falls outside the contract period.
