This contract involves the comprehensive supply of heating energy to various buildings in Nakło nad Notecią, including: - Heating energy for the building at 6 Ks. Skargi St. - Heating energy for the building at 7 Ks. Skargi St. - Heating energy for Primary School No. 2 at 24 Bydgoska St. - Heating energy for the Educational and Preschool Complex No. 4 at 15 Łokietka St. - Heating energy for the Museum of Krajna Land at 14 Pocztowa St. - Heating energy for the Nakło Cultural Center at 3 Mickiewicza St. - Heating energy for the County and City Public Library at 3 Mickiewicza St. - Heating energy for the Day Care Center at 3 Mickiewicza St. - Heating energy for the Social Services Center at 10 Gimnazjalna St. - Heating energy for the Education and Recreation Service Team at 7A Krzywoustego St. - Heating energy for the covered ice rink with multifunctional sports field at 21 Kazimierza Wielkiego St. - Heating energy for the Naquarius Indoor Swimming Pool at 21 Kazimierza Wielkiego St. - Heating energy for the office building at 16 Pocztowa St. Detailed descriptions of the contract and the characteristics of the buildings are provided in the power demand declarations and requests for a comprehensive agreement, which are included as Annex 4 to this invitation. The contracting authority, Gmina Nakło nad Notecią, will enter into one agreement on behalf of itself and the entities listed as other contracting authorities in points 1-4, covering the comprehensive supply of heating energy. The contractor will assign a VAT invoice recipient for each unit based on the provided data. VAT invoices for the heating supply will be sent directly to the specified unit. Contracting authorities listed in points 5-7, which have legal personality, will enter into separate agreements for the comprehensive supply of heating energy.
