Electric Buses for Tulcea

The Municipality of Tulcea is seeking suppliers for the procurement of electric buses and charging stations as part of the project to modernize the public transport fleet. The contract includes the purchase of 20 operational electric buses suitable for hilly terrain, 20 slow charging stations, and 5 fast charging stations. Suppliers are invited to submit requests for clarifications or additional information regarding the tender documentation up to 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to all clarification requests clearly and completely 11 days before the offer submission deadline, as stated in the participation announcement. Clarification requests should be submitted in an editable format. The contracting authority will publish responses to clarification requests on the SEAP platform at www.e-licitatie.ro, without disclosing the names of the requesters, in the Clarifications, Notifications, and Decisions section.
