Construction of a Care Center in Rapperswil-Jona

The project involves interior painting work for the new care center in Schachen, Rapperswil-Jona. This includes applying opaque coatings on walls, ceilings, railings, frames, and lift doors. The surfaces to be painted include concrete, smooth plaster, stucco, multi-layer insulation boards, and wallpaper. Some areas will feature two-tone coatings, as well as lettering and numbering. Additionally, there will be a wash on concrete surfaces and wallpapering tasks. Exterior painting work will also be required on walls with graphite protection, and a wash will be applied to the undersides of canopies and supports.
