Low Voltage Cables Supply and Installation for Renovation of Electrical Installations

This contract involves the supply and installation of materials for the renovation of electrical installations at the Botanic Depot of O.SY. M.A.E. Suppliers must provide a complete offer that includes both supply and installation, as partial offers will not be accepted. It is mandatory for suppliers to visit the site where the materials will be installed before submitting their offer, to understand the spatial conditions. They must contact the relevant department of the depot at least 5 calendar days before the submission deadline to arrange the site visit. Additionally, suppliers must submit a site visit confirmation along with their offer, as specified in Appendix IG of the announcement. A detailed description of the contract's physical and financial scope is provided in Appendix I of the announcement. Appendix II, which contains technical specifications and requirements, is available at the O.SY. M.A.E. offices during working days from 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM. Interested parties can obtain these documents in either printed or electronic form upon request, following the guidelines in Articles 1.1 and 2.1.2 of the announcement.
